It is a grip tok made of resin. Due to the nature of the resin craft, air bubbles or a little dust may enter, and there may be some scratches and dents. If you are sensitive, please avoid it! All grip toks are handmade, so the design and size of all grip toks may vary slightly.

Grip Tok is re-adhesive and can be re-adhesive after washing with water and drying.
It is recommended to reduce the amount of use for 12 hours after adhesion to ensure good adhesion.

-Grip Tok may be difficult to attach to certain cases such as silicone or leather.
-If you pull with excessive force when removing the grip tok, the product may be damaged.
- Due to the nature of Grip Talk, exchange/refund and compensation are not available for damage to the device during use.

Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

- Customs and Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
